A school girl seduces her teacher, but not all is what it seems.
‘Detention' was shot on 11th May 2008 as the first complete short film produced by Freestyle Production and the first under the ‘Short Shorts’ banner.
It was conceived when an actress was interested in doing a piece for her showreel as a teenager. Written with the actress in mind, but with the intention of making a complete short (and killing two birds with one stone) the first draft was completed in two days and originally had three endings.
There were various meetings discussing whether or not to shoot all three, until a final decision was made to do just one.
